Through compassion, collaboration, and faith-driven action, we reflect the love of Christ and bring hope to every community we serve.
Our mission is to live out Matthew 25:35-36: "for I was hungry and you gave Me food; I was thirsty and you gave Me drink; I was a stranger and you took Me in; I was naked and you clothed Me; I was sick and you visited Me; I was in prison and you came to Me.’" And our goal is to empower local churches to be agents of change, by sharing the transforming message of the GOSPEL with those who have yet to hear it.
By working through local churches, we provide food, water, clothing, Humanitarian Aid, Adult and Children Bibles, and Bibles specially design for Prison Ministries (La Biblia de La Libertad) in Spanish, to not only feed the physical needs of the people, but also offer spiritual nourishment through the Word of God. -Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me. John 14:6
In the most rural communities, clean water and sanitary services are nearly impossible to find. The residents of these communities often have to wait for rain to come, then travel miles with empty basins to retrieve dirty pond or river water, filled with parasites and pollutants. We have had the honor of entering these rural, often indigenous, communities and offering long term, sustainable sources of water, with very little required infrastructure. Our solar powered wells improve the health of these communities by reducing the risk of water-bourne illnesses. It allows for enhanced educational opportunities, especially for women and girls, who are disproportionately burdened with long treks to find water. Lastly, they act as focal points for the community, fostering a sense of ownership and collaboration. Jesus answered and said, “Whoever drinks of this water will thirst again, but whoever drinks of the water that I shall give him will never thirst. But the water that I shall give him will become in him a fountain of water springing up into everlasting life.” John 4:13-14
Following the example of Jesus in John 6, we take the time to not only fulfill the physical needs of those we work with, but also bring about the Good News of Christ while we do it. Every person who steps into one of our Feeding Centers is greeted by the loving volunteers of that local church, each meal is begun with a time of prayer and worship, and each child has the opportunity to learn about Jesus. We have donated over 10,000 adult and children's bibles to the spiritually needy people we work with. We also make discipleship and education a priority, enrolling children into our 52 week discipleship program, where they can practice their literacy and critical thinking skills while learning important biblical principles.
